We are planning to enable the Parents’ Evening to be a hybrid of in person and video calls via School Cloud. This is in response to parental feedback that the option of video calls was very much appreciated, whilst the majority would prefer to be in person.
To enable this to work effectively we have blocked together the appointment opportunities:
- Video appointments will be between 4 – 4.15pm,
- In person appointments will be between 4.25 – 6.55pm.
We are unable to do video appointments outside of the designated time due to the normal logistics of a Parents’ Evening.
The school utilises an easy to use online appointment booking system. This allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers and you will receive an email confirming your appointments.

Parent Details: First name, Surname, contact email address
Student details: First Name, Surname, Date of birth.
Appointments can be made from Friday 30th January and will close on Wednesday 4th March. Should you wish to make any changes after this date please contact the school office. The maximum number of appointments per student will need to be limited to 8, to allow capacity.
If you do not have access to the internet, please contact the school office who will be happy to add
appointments on your behalf.
