We operate a house system at The Community College, and all students are allocated to a house on arrival. There are four houses, each with a Head of House. Students are placed into Coaching Groups, six in each house, with a Learning Coach. For 2023-24 each House has one coaching group of Year 7 students, the other five coaching groups consist of a vertical mix of students from Years 8-11.
If you have any general concerns or queries regarding your child then the first point of contact is your child’s Learning Coach.
The coaching group breakdown is:
- C1 / K1 / S1 / L1 = Year 7
- C2 – C6 = Year 8 to 11
- K2 – K6 = Year 8 to 11
- L2 – L6 = Year 8 to 11
- S2 – S6 = Year 8 to 11
