What is Bullying?

What counts as bullying?

Bullying is when someone hurts or targets another person on purpose, repeatedly.
It can happen in different ways:
Physical – hitting, kicking, pushing
Verbal – name-calling, threats, insults
Cyberbullying – online messages, posts or rumours
Social – excluding someone or spreading rumours
Even small actions can cause big hurt. If it feels wrong, it probably is.
