Below are the details of the plans we are putting in place to run the Year 7 Parents’ Evening on Tuesday 22nd March.
As it is likely that social distancing restrictions will still be in place at this time we are planning to deliver the Parents’ Evening remotely with either telephone or video calls. This will be done via an online Parents’ Evening System that enables you to book your appointments and carry out the video call through the same system.
The new system allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers and you will receive an email confirming your appointments. We are confident this will be an improvement to the previous system.
To book your appointments you can access the booking login page using the link of the front page of the school website or this link: https://ccbcshropshire.schoolcloud.co.uk.
Additionally, a short guide on how to add appointments is included with this letter.
Login with the following information:
Parent Details: First name, Surname, contact email address
Student details: First Name, Surname, Date of birth.
To choose video contact please book a “video” appointments between 4pm and 7pm.
To choose telephone contact please book an “in person” appointment between 1pm and 4pm. The time of the in person appointments don’t matter as the telephone calls may occur at any point from Monday 21st to Wednesday 23rd March when the member of staff is available.
Appointments can be made from Monday 14th February and will close on Friday 18th March. Should you wish to make any changes after this date please contact the school office.
The maximum number of appointments per student will need to be limited to 5 to allow capacity.
If you do not have access to the internet, please contact the school office who will be happy to add
appointments on your behalf or organise for you to receive feedback via phone.
